One player. One development plan. One director.
Peter Alonso leads the complete sporting development of a maximum of ten private players worldwide.

Who It Is For
For players who already train — and feel their game isn’t moving in one direction.
You have a coach, or several. You play, you compete, you invest time. What’s missing is someone responsible for the whole picture: what to work on, in what order, with whom, and why.
If you want your development directed the way a professional’s is, this is for you.
How It Works
Assessment → Performance Blueprint → Monthly Development Plan → Directed Execution → Review → Evolution.
We start with a personal assessment of your game, your goals and your calendar. From it I write your blueprint — the technical and tactical priorities for the months ahead — and every month, a concrete plan.
You execute it with me in person during defined periods, and with a coach under my direction the rest of the time. Every month we review video, match footage and progress, and the plan evolves.
Peter’s Role
I design. I decide. I train you personally in defined periods. I coordinate whoever works with you between those periods, and I review everything: video, matches, progression.
Former World Top-10 · USA #1 2022–25 · Founder, World Padel Concept.
I’ve spent my career inside high-performance systems. This is that system, built around one player.
The Local Coach Model
The coach who trains you day-to-day is not a separate service. Either your current coach works from my plan and reports to me, or I select a resident coach in your city who does.
One methodology. One direction. No contradictions.
In New York, I select and coordinate the resident coach myself.
Your Month
Each month: your written plan · in-person work with Peter in defined periods (in New York, approximately one week per month) · coach sessions executed under Peter’s direction · video and match review · a monthly review call · competition planning when you compete.
Adjusted continuously.

Why It Is Different
Most players collect coaches. Very few have direction.
This is not more sessions — it’s the decision-making layer above every session, held by one person who has competed at the top of the sport and now directs a small number of players with the same discipline.
Limited Capacity
I direct a maximum of ten private players worldwide.
Places open by application, and I only take a player when I’m certain I can give the relationship the attention it deserves.
Currently: Miami · New York (autumn 2026) · Other cities by invitation.
